Ok, well I have never met anyone from any band I ever been a fan of, and I was wondering if you guys have met any of the band members that you listen to? And if you want talk about the bandmembers that you wish to meet and hang out with. I'll say mine later I just can't think of any other than:

I dont have a big long list ... But I did meet Overkill once and those guys are the coolest!!!! they even thanked us on stage for driving all they way to see em it was COOOOL!

My friend back in 1983 got me started into hanging out after the shows, back of the club/arena , near the tourbus, meeting the bandmembers after the show was over.

In Flames - (the whole band)
Exciter - (most of the band)
The Black Dahlia Murder - (Trevor, I think that's the lead singer's name)

I don't remember who else I've met, lol.

However, I would love to meet:

Dave Mustaine
Iron Maiden (minus Jannick Gers)
Warrel Dane
Vince Neil (so I could point and laugh at his gut cuz he can't wear spandex anymore)
Alice Cooper

And I had backstage to the Countdown To Extinction tour in 1992 where I met all of Maegadeth. That was cool except me mistaking reffering to Mustaine as "David". He just gave me a mildly annoyed look and said, "I'm DAVE! See junior over there, he goes by David. Me, I'm Dave!"


Everyone gave a mild chuckle and I'm sure I was embarrased, but it was cool to meet him briefly as he is a legend (well, he was then anyways...)

Cool, I didn't thinkthis thread would get much from it.
I've had the uh...'honor' to meet two guys from....something Nixons.
My friends were hanging out at the CDwarehouse and they were there and they sucked, and when they finished one song my friend had just started saying "Man these guys suck." And the singer just looked up and said "Thanks" in a depressed way. We all laughed our asses off!
