The best of 2003

well, i n me top 5 would be Antimatter. Lights Out, Anathema- AND, Dredg- El Cielo (even if it has been released in 2002), Zeraphine- Traumaworld. the gathering- Souvenirs. The rest (suuch as Radiohead, Placebo, Muse) were wuite good, but not everything convinced me on those albums, so i won't mention them.

1. Anathema - A Natural Disaster
2. Old Dead Tree - Nameless Disease
3. Antimatter - Lights Out

i think i can't give more albums, cause i didn't buy more last year, i know, i don't work and don't have much money and i rather give my money to see gigs and festivals. (and beer) so i'm gonna start the gig of the year 2003 thread after a long thinking wich is my top 10

sikth for me are the band of 2003! saw them live a couple of weeks back, played it all perfectly. excellent stuff. really want to hear their next offering

i started listening to dredg too, well impressed

lights out was quite good.

therapy?'s was good too. they released a DVD which was nice!
and the Slayer DVD was excellent.

that Antimatter (previously unreleased) gets a lot of listens, really like that, the acoustic stuff especially, the songs are better with acoustic guitars and micks vocals, i think. They should do a studio album like damnation.

viva emptiness, a natural disaster, damnation - all good too (katatonia could have been better, was hoping for better)

I liked damnation, just that the acoustic stuff on the albums pisses all over it.

A Natural Disaster was very good. hope to see danny play again.

iron maiden was awful, just awful. ( and their gig too )

everything else im listening to is pre 2003 i think.
