lol. how easy do those guys think recording is? you just mic up some things and it only takes as long as your song? that you can apparently nail in one take?? ignorance is bliss.

Put the mics up in no time at all and get great positioning straight off the bat, record it in one perfect take, and then mix and master in the same three minutes it takes to play it apparently

A not-so-bright (or talented) singer in the studio, and she was absorbing all of the engineer talk, like "high-end", "wet/dry" reverb settings, "give me some more me in my cans", etc. When it was her turn to sing, she asked the engineer, "I'd like a little more wetness in my bottom end?".
