The bonus track on morningrise

I saw the candlelight re-release for morning rise and it has the bonus track on it. Is it worth gettin for the bonus track?

Not really. It's just a rehearsal track so the production's awful, and the song's not really unique anyway because a lot of the parts of the song are used for other songs (like Advent).

I listened to it for the first time in a while the other day... It's basically Advent. Just buy the re-issue for the collector's value, if at all.

Its not worth getting. The Eternal Soul song or whatever is just an early home recording that has pieces of Advent in it. Also, they have a lot of typos in the album's cover book, like they spell Akerfeldt as Akerfelr.

I say get the rerelease, the pictures are better, clearer and the booklet is done much better, always best to get the most you can

You dumb-asses should just worry about getting the ORIGINAL import candlelight release of Morningrise. That's got the best and most clearest artwork by far. Not the gay Century Media version, not the gay Candlelight re-release with the shitty bonus tracks, lame artwork, and typos.

It's not bad actually. Get past the murky production, it's quite an evil-sounding song. I like it.

its a really cool track, mysterious, evil, primal, bit weird especially the elongated drum roll near the beggining - anders' drumming was quite avantgardish
