Oh hell yes man. Theres actually a comic series Knights of the Old Republic that takes place in the same era as the games. My favorite line is the Legacy series. I highly recommend it. 140 years after ROTJ. You don't really need to know any of the background for it (though i may be worth lookin up the vong invasion on the star wars wikia or something).

Also, the DARK TIMES comics are fucking great (2nd favorite). Takes place shortly after III. Pretty dark, like Legacy.

I've been trying to see if theres a scan of Sith Massacre of the Mon Calamari from Legacy issue 22 somewhere online, but can't find one. That issue was fuckin great. But seriousy, if you're not goin by the end of the first story arc of Legacy, you're not a star wars fan.

KOTOR is cool, but Legacy is intense. Awesome Sith, great anti-hero main character, compelling story. True star wars spirit, but in a darker way.

I downloaded all the Legacy of the Force books... but I need those comics, hope they're easy to find.

Pretty easy. If you can't get the volumes in a local comic store you can get em for decent price used off of amazon.

Jesus, you guys watch Stargate? I've seen the original movie, and it was one of the worst things I ever sat through. I saw an episode of SG: Atlantis once too and fucking hated it, only thing worse I could imagine is having to watch Firefly. I guess I just can't get into the characters.
