I sense a great disturbance in the Force.... it's as if millions of Star Wars fans cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced.
I just got back from it, and well, I won't bother going into detail, needless to say it wasn't good. Battles were ago, there was little sabre play (only against droids anyways) and the only major fight seen between two Force sensitive entities was dull, I expected a lot more for a CGI film. The CGI was great, backgrounds were great, everything was well done except the story and dialogue. It is meant as a kid's movie 100% and if you take it as such it's not as bad. I found the movie bearable, but only just and I am a huge Star Wars fan. I'll stop now, I'm sure there's other kids out their raaaaaaaaging hard at this movie. I wish they had put their efforts into making a better movie, not just the pre-packaged bullshit story meant to sell and make a 'Disney' type movie. Regardless, it was ok imo. I didn't walk away THAT disappointed, but that god I saw Tropic Thunder before this movie, because that was an awesome movie I fucking LOL'd hard.
tl;dr: If you can, time your visit to the theatre so that you pay for a GOOD movie then sneak into Star Wars immediately after like I did. May the force be with you.
Oh yeah. Fuck you whoever wrote in 'Snips' and 'Sky Guy' as nicknames... I really want to punch you in the fucking mouth you retarded cocksucker.
seein it in a couple hours. pleaseletitnotsuck pleaseletitnotsuck
Just got back from it... I hope you find more in it than I did, the Clone-Droid battles are good, but if you were expecting at least 1 epic Lightsabre battle like I was then you're gonna be let down.
