The Dungeon

Do they pay any attention to the members of Church of the Machine?
Also, after recieving my t-shirt and signed autograph of them, is there any long term benefits?

I paid for the first subscription in 2004, I got the keychain, exclusive CD, signed picture and membership card.

I renewed my subscription in 2005 and I wish I didn't.
The benefits in being a fan and a Church Of The Machine member is that
I got absolutely NOTHING as of 2013
Not a CD, not a second copy of the 1st CD, not a picture, not a letter, not a membership card, not even a real newsletter.

Every time I asked for information I have been told of possible Fan Club revamps and new exclusive CD - none of which ever happened between 2005 and 2013!

So I basically paid my membership fee for nothing.
I even asked for a refund (which was only promised, postponed or ignored) or a free copy of the Iconoclast 2-CD set, but so far I got NOTHING.

I find this extremely disrespectful towards someone who actively support(ed) this band.

I wish I spent those 25 - 30 bucks on something else.
I stopped buying any Symphony X release.
Oh, and my Symphony X collection is now on sale.

The grace of patience is gone after 8 or 9 years.
When I pay for something I usually get a good or a service.

Anyway the nickname is a tribute to 1 of my 2 favourite bands, Vanden Plas.
