I just made some of that, homemade, but not emeril style.

Well I couldn't find any alfredo recipes a la Emeril style, BUT I did find this tidbit......

Make sure to watch tomorrow 10/20 at 8 pm CST...Emeril's gonna go through some Halloween recipes..WOOOHOO!!!! The ones included are (and some sound "oh so metal"):

Hot Apple Cider with RUM
Brain Cookies with Blood Glaze
Graveyard Pudding with Whipped Cream Ghosts
