Earlier this evening, it was announced that the Ep1phany Radio Network would be shutting down for good.

For the past eight months the network had slowly started to thrive with more and more talented DJs putting their own spin into the network by playing their own genre of music. The network over the months had come to see many different genres of music and many different djs and shows. While many djs have come and gone, a small handful of djs stuck around and were determined to push the network ahead. Shows like "Crash Course Radio", "FRM Radio", and "Booze and Blasphemy Radio" were among those that held out. The network grew and grew and received a contiously growing amount of traffic. But then the network was discovered. Up until this point the network had operated off of a small web server. Due to the amount of traffic that was being pulled in by the network, the owner, Dave, was forced to give up that server and pursue a dedicated server. That was the beginning of the end for the network. The network was a non-profit organization that suddenly needed profit to stay alive. A donation drive kicked into gear to help pay for server cost and some money came in. As we all know, money only lasts for so long. It has been nearly three months since the last donation was provided and that time has come. All resources have been exhausted. There was only one option left. That option was chosen earlier this evening by the owner of the Ep1phany Radio Network, Dave. Dave has sent an email to everyone on the mailing list making this announcement. Due to this decision, it is the end of the line for the Ep1phany Radio Network, and also the end of FRM Radio. FRM Radio will be searching for a new home but there is no word of if or when the network might reform.

Thanks to all of the loyal listeners of FRM Radio and the network. It sure was fun while it lasted.
