For me it was also Deadnight Warrior. I started listening and thought "What the fuck is up with that orchestra hit stuff?" But then I listened again and I loved it.

soon after i noticed napster and then more p2ps popped up.
I was dlin cradle of filth and there was a song called down fall.
I knew it wasn't filth but i loved it.
3 years ago i found out which band it was.

It was Are You Dead Yet. I'd heard about CoB before I heard AYDY, never really listened to it actually, And didn't liked it because of the synth.. But after a while I wanted to hear some of their songs, so i searched on YouTube, and AYDY was one of the first, so I listened to it and liked it .. Now CoB is my favorite band
