The forum always seems extraordinarily active on Friday nights...

TITS! Thanks for hunting that one down, I owe you one. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before I dive face first into bootlegging.
Yeah, no doubt, especially considering the bands you love are all heavily bootlegged by near-pros who take it seriously (which translates to good equipment, good info, nice artwork, etc.)

I should have listed this as one of the steps to stopping buying music. I get new music every day, hell every 2 hours sometimes, and all I have to buy are blank discs. I save a boatload of money and get to hear ALL my favorite bands, from every era, playing shows that I love. It's a wonderful hobby. :)

dammit, i dunno. i was 20 rows back... with a dukie behind me. i nearly whipped his pansy ass after the game (he left the building the second the clock turned 0). believe mei was borderline suicidal after THAT heartbreaker... :D
(better than losing to Moo U -- i mean NC State.)
i am convinced that we will beat dook on their court or during the acc tourney, though...

but hey, we avenged that 119-114 3OT loss to Wake Forest earlier in the year... we beat them on their home court 79-73 today. i am feeling very much uplifted. :)

I was. I checked the forum every several hours, but nobody else was a capital L Loser like me apparently. So I smoked a cigar, drank some scotch, and listened to one of my bros bitch about his girlfriend all night. What a wuss.

At least I went out Saturday night. Went out defined as going to the woman's pad and watching TV all night that is. Discovery Channel rules. :)

Good for you man, glad you're enjoying it. Goat knows I do. :)

I, Robot will certainly be purchased come April 1.

He's either referring to mine or his completed Crimso collection (or perhaps both, or neither!). Sadly, I'm still missing one studio Crimson CD, Islands. You believe that shit?! :loco:

Start anywhere, except in the 80s era Crimso. I like Discipline, but Beat and Three of a Perfect Pair I don't care much for. Too skinny-tie-with-sport-coat sounding to these ears.

i don't have a single king crimson album... :( (although i have heard a ton of songs)
only 1 APP cd (the rest are tapes)
same thing with genesis... "selling england by the pound" = best album of the 70s, bar none
I've always been partial to The Lamb myself...as for Crimson, either the debut or Red makes the best starting point.

AREY YUO RAEDY OTO PARTAY!!!??!????/1//1/1/

a) I've went out drinking twice this week already
b) I have vehicular maintenance to take care of tomorrow morning
c) the woman is coming over tonight and will certainly be asleep like usual
d) I have some reviews to write.

That means I will probably be in the forum for 17 hours tonight. "They got a name for all the winners in the world, and I want a name when I lose." Wheeeeee....
