It's a tie between cd & mp3.

Rip them from my cds.
4. What type of headphones do you use?
Some relatively cheap ones that don't even have a brand name on them *shrug*.
5. What song are you listening to right now?
Some new fan club cd material to be named at a later date.

1. Are you registered to vote?

Yes

2. How old were you when you voted for the first time?

Probably eighteen.

3. Do you vote in every election?

I try to.

4. Which political party do you identify most closely with?

The Democrats usually seem the most reasonable and sane of the two major American parties. They might not get a lot done, but they usually seem more reasonable.

5. If you could choose anyone to run your country, who would you choose?

At the moment I'd have to go with Obama. I'd also be happy with Huckabee not getting anywhere near Washington and the more I read about Ron Paul's positions on issues, the more he scares me.

Have you seen the off topic thread Jax? It's incredible... And by the way, i put in a request to have it split to its own topic in the event that it does get heated (though so far so good... i'm proud of everyone)

On to the friday fizziddy five.

1. Are you registered to vote?

Yes

2. How old were you when you voted for the first time?

Eeek... trying to do the math... maybe 20? 19? 18? not sure, don't know what it was for either. the last election would have been when i was 20 so that may have been it, though i may have done it earlier as well.

3. Do you vote in every election?

No. I vote in the ones that are of some importance to me (presidential, state officials, etc) but a lot of the statewide ones i don't bother voting in.

4. Which political party do you identify most closely with?

I guess democrats, but i don't like their politics much. I wish there was a happy, less religious medium between the two.

Actually, i wish we had a strict athiest for president. Still had good moral values, but denied any God. I just think the comedy would be unmatched.

5. If you could choose anyone to run your country, who would you choose?

John Edwards. But i'll keep dreaming. Here's to hoping for an Obama / Edwards campaign.

1. I thought I was, but apparently, I wasn't.
2. When I was in 2nd grade, we voted for the class president.
3. I would if this wasn't my first year that I'm able to vote.
4. I want to say that I just agree with who I agree with, but very rarely do I agree with Republican Policies, so I'm Democrat.
5. I plan on voting Obama, but the *Point Point Clap Clap* thing is fun. So I'm gonna vote for Dr. Steel.

2. Haven't yet, this time around will be my first
3. Every presidential election at least, I probably wont get into local voting until I'm actually in one place and know I will be there long enough to bother
4. I honestly can't answer that because I'm pretty split down the middle and I'd have to break it down on an issue-to-issue basis.
5. Haven't come to a solid decision yet. I don't want Hillary or Huckabee and both Obama and McCain have their positives and negatives. (Note: If i could choose anyone, it would probably be none of the above...but I'm thinking realistically here)

5. If you could choose anyone to run your country, who would you choose?
At the moment, no one alive. Barack Obama is the best of the choices we have, but if I could include dead people, I might re-elect Lincoln or Kennedy. Their contributions were not only positive but monumental for humanity as a global community, not just nationally. The freedom of a race and the conquering of the moon. What has dwarfed these since?

1. Are you registered to vote? Yes!
2. How old were you when you voted for the first time? 18!

4. Which political party do you identify most closely with? oi :(
5. If you could choose anyone to run your country, who would you choose? Stan Lee (Stanley Martin Lieber) 'nuff said!

3. Again, it's compulsory, so yes.
4. Here in Aussieland, Labor.
5. Kevin Rudd has only been in the job since November, and so far, he's doing ok. Definitely none of the current state premiers. I say, give the job to Peter Garrett...

Can I do one for real, and one pretending I'm American? :D

Australia:

1. Yes
2. 18, the election last year happened to coincide with my first year of being eligible to vote...
3. Yes
4. Liberal Party, or Family First...
5. I'd have John Howard back, he was doing a great job imo...

If I was American:

1. Lets Pretend
2. I'd be 19
3. Yup
4. No idea, the US system confuses me a little, what with Candidates having to first compete within their own party, and then compete overall... Perhaps someone could give a readers digest version of what each of the parties is generally like?
5. I'd vote for Mike Huckabee and his band, and have Chuck Norris as secretary of defense... :p
