1. What are your plans for the summer?
2. What was your favorite vacation?

1) Stay at home mostly and bitch about how much it now costs to travel, while contemplating kidnapping Oil company CEOs and torturing them out in the woods in front of their familes. Price fixing MUST stop, & people MUST be punished for this... It's having too much of a global impact...
2) Every Prog Power in GA qualifies, as do my fishing vactions to Canada (Dryden & Eagle Lake more specifically!)

3) This year, having to take care of my dad after his amputation & subsequent fall and re-do of his leg. I'm still paying the price, & things are getting MUCH worse.

4) Acapulco, Mexico

5) Might just be Prog Power this year as I'm on a one year tryout as a guitar tech for festival...Lots of work, but something I've always wanted to get involved in. When it's all said and done, I hope to be a permanent addition...

2. Probably my trip to Kenya/Mautitius this time 2 years ago...

5. To go to the Freak Guitar Camp in Sweden... I really want to visit Scandinavia and what better excuse than an experimental guitar boot-camp...

Work, practice, relax, spend time with family, hopefully record some stuff with my drummer for the first time since were 16/17

Summer 2005...I spent the summer in DE living with friends (after moving away to Montana the previous summer) and having a blast. The whole thing ended with a week and a half down at the Outer Banks in NC. Best time ever.

3. What was your least favorite vacation?

Visiting my dad's relatives in southern california over one spring break. I was really young and all I remember is getting violently ill the last night we were there because I thought Oreos+dill pickles=hearty dinner

4. What's the farthest you've traveled on vacation?

probably Vacaville, CA to Orlando, FL

5. What's your dream vacation?

Parts of Europe (to finally be able to see where I was born!)

2. I went to America a few years ago to visit friends.

After a motorcycle trek from the tip of Tierra Del Fuego to the mountains of Peru via Chile. After living in Egypt for a year. After surfing Tavarua. After spending a month on and around Santorini, Greece, with my own personal villa and sailboat to cruise the archipeligos. After spending several weeks in Iceland, Norway, and Sweden.

5) No, came very close once and about 9 months ago my dog was riding with me from PA to Indiana in the front seat (The back was full of my belongings). She got scared, lunged toward me and knocked the truck in neutral. It almost got me killed. I was less than a foot away from getting pinned under a semi. I still wake up at night thinking about that one.

B) I think it's at about $3.00. We only have to fill it up every couple of weeks to a month, so as of now it's not a big deal.

A cop pulled me over and asked me, "Do you know why I pulled you over, son?" I said: "Because I just ran that stop sign back there?" He looked at me funny and said, "No, because you were going about 15 over the speed limit a mile back". Then he gave me a warning. So I guess I got out of it by being honest. Huh.

5. Ever been in an accident?
Rear-ended a guy on the freeway. That was no fun.

Like $4.20! I envy you noble...bring Indiana prices to Illinois.

Um... just got one for going 20 over, but since i pulled over right away and wasn't a dick, the guy kicked it down to 10 over. Not bad. I have to pay that still actually...

Uh... registration expired by 7 months. I got off with a warning instead of a $200 ticket.

Hah, yep. I've rear-ended 2 people. First time it was my fault, i was headbanging at a stoplight and let my foot off the break, the second time it wasn't. Stupid bitch turned the corner and I followed, then she stopped in the middle of the goddamned road.

$4.23 or something. It's fucking gay.

1995 Camaro Z28, slightly modified, though I wish I could do more.

Hmm... 90 in a 55, probably. And a 60 in a 35. Cop was in a Z as well, and I thought he was racing me. I won, by the way.
As for the dumbest, I got a ticket for turning left on a red arrow at 5 frickin' o'clock in the bloody morning when there were two cars on the road. The other happened to be an unmarked cop.

Can't say I've gotten out of any...

5. Ever been in an accident?
Yes. First one was my fault. I was young and lost my attention and rear-ended a lady in front of me. Second was some drunk ass who thought he could turn in front of me and I plowed into his passenger-side door. Totalled his car but scratched my bumper (the old 1980 Chevy Caprice tank).

$3.77 is about the cheapest I've seen around for Regular

5. Yes. One of the scariest moments I've experienced. It was caused by a dumb ass driving on a suspended license for a previous DUI. He tried to avoid on-coming traffic from the opposite direction I was going, got into my lane, and ran right into me. Had I been a couple of feet behind where I was, that would not have been good. I wasn't hurt, but my poor car didn't make it.

Bonus: The cheapest I've seen is $4.03. I won't complain because I know there's way worse prices out there.

Yikes. Something similar happened on our way home from my office Christmas party last year. My wife and kids were in the van in front of me, and I was in my car behind them, heading up I-40 approaching our exit. Then, I could see the headlights of a car coming onto the Interstate from our exit, going the wrong direction, and headed straight for my wife's van. Luckily, there were four lanes and no traffic, and my wife, and later I, moved way left to avoid the dumbass. But it was still flippin' scary as hell to think I could see my entire family go away right in front of me like that.

I almost swerved back over to the right shoulder (since by the time I was passing by the car they had realized what they'd done and stopped) so I could be the living snot out of the person; but, I didn't. Just called the cops instead.
