Ok, im trying to get this snare sound mainly. The kick would just be an added bonus really, as i dont have much of an issue with my current kick. But that snare is the snare i like and want that for my music. It just sounds so in your face.....to me atleast.
Any ideas on how to EQ a snare to get that sound? I have the SSD3.0, any ideas on what snares to use? I just cannot get it to where i want it to be and need some suggestions.
Right now im using the ToneDef snare, Slate custom snare and snare 11A mixed. Its got that pop to it, but not that hard sound that that haunted album has.
