I'm just back home from the show. It was a very memorable show for
many reasons. The place sucks for a concert. It only can hold 30 -40 ppl
and there are tables in the 2/3 of the bar. But this didin't stop
the fans. I don't remember well but I was there once years ago. I don't
know if it was Maiden or some other occasion.
The crowd was one of the best crowds I have ever seen in Maiden
shows. The band enjoyed that too.
Canes being closed it so bad. There's no place in central San Diego
for Maidens to play. El cajon or Santee are our chances still.
I noticed how much I missed Heather. Her energy and interaction
was so good. She jumpe doff the stage and played with us like the
old days. Without Sara MAidens can never be Maidens so I hope
her to be back as soon as possible but wish Heather to be the
3rd guitar player.
There was something very interesting. The band left the stage after
accacia. I never saw this before maybe it's a new tradition. Then
Courtney came back alone , talked to us and played solo! It was
so cute and cool. Then the band except Heater came back. COutrney
passed from the solo to Moonchild in Adrian style and they played
it with one guitar!!!!! Then they played Sea of Madness!!! These
2 songs were not on the set. Before having known these 2 I thought
the set was a bit weaker than usual but with these it rocked.
Kirsten talked about the album being done and I told her about
today's announcement about the new tour.
Coutrney teased us a lot with Murders intro but they didn't play
I'm writing the set from my mind so I might have forgotten at most one song.
