Who has Last FM? Do you enjoy it, is it useful? The image in my sig is always way behind what I'm listening to, but other than that I love it.

Meh, I don't use it. I only registered at the site to rave/shout a bit about favorite artists.
It's nice to browse through familiar UM users' profiles, though to see what they have been listening to lately.
