You'll only read it at the CDC. Nobody will be allowed to say the name of the new singer outside the cdc. There will be no fotos of the new singer, except with a Notman-mask. (that's why they chose Corey).
On the new record, only CDC-members will hear the singers voice (with a special microsoft-plugin), the underprivileged will only hear the music without voice.
