I've always been okay with the tea party, never hated them, but the thing is WD... You guys write material that is so much more intricate and complex and thought-provoking than this in your sleep. But then again the sound of silence was one of the best covers that I heard of a song and simon and garfunkel would put me to sleep, so I will trust you with making an awesome version of this song.

The Tea party song sounds really good! I think the song will fit Danes voice. The singer sounds baritone and sophisticated as Dane. Have to check out this band, hadn't heard of them. I like prog, rock and folk...

Will the cover songs make it to the album or are they thought of as bonus, japanese bonus tracks or something else?

Well Mr B the approach we have taken with the Doors song...at first Jeff made it too heavy, I suggested we just do it all acoustic and the result was amazing, perhaps not what you might expect but it turned out quite beautiful

I suggested that to him during the TGE CD release party...but, not as a NM cover.
I've always wanted to redo that one...but, how could a perfect song ever be made better? That song has Vietnam all over it!

I love the Tea Party one of my favorite rock bands ever, if you like transmission try edges of twilight, it has some of their best songs, sister awake is a personal fave..
