i have always believed in the french expression: "there is no such thing as 'too much cheese' "

therefor- i like my pizza with: cheddar, ricotta, feta, fontina, and some chicken
(sometimes bacon)

never tried it ?

Thick crust, extra sauce, extra cheese...

Then the different toppings added:

1) artichokes and pesto as a topping (been really digging this lately)
2) pepperoni, mushrooms and olives with garlic
3) Pepperoni, linguica, canadian bacon
4) sun dried tomatoes, olives, peppers

Oh, all with basil, oregano and parmesean sprinkled over it.
