Tilapia is tasty. I like to make fish tacos out of it.

Eggs are one of natures superfoods imo. Nothing wrong with eating those.

DOT, i eat at least 6 hard boiled egg whites a day.

Last two packs of eggs I bought ended up mostly going bad because I was too lazy to hard boil them. I need to fix that.

Eggs are ok, but I have high cholesterol anyway and like Grant I hate remembering to fix them. I'm also allergic or something and always have a super soft bowel movement after eating eggs.

the most deadly storm in 40 years just happened about 2 days ago here, in Rio de Janeiro. The last list counted 250 bodies and still counting, but most of the victims lived around the mountains, but the city suffer a lot with that.
