Well it's finally July so It's been a full year.
Went from 240 in May 2010 to 185 in July 2011. And im no where near done.

I'm also happy to say I've shredded off 6kg. I've got about another 3 I want to get rid of. Fuckloads of Bikram Yoga + smaller meals + vegetables is what's done it for me.
