Can't say it looks particularly appetizing (this from someone who actually likes mushrooms). I remember you saying you were hunting for one of those some time ago, though, so good on you for finding it. Hope it tastes better than it looks, lol.

Cleaned and cut up for use. Some of these will be breaded and deep fried, the rest will be frozen for later.
The texture of these is very similar to white meat chicken and as such it's used as a substitute. Some people say the taste is similar but I think it's the texture playing tricks on them. This is what I had left after giving my dad a bag, uncleaned.
