Yeah,thats what I thought. Spraying it pink isn't going to make dog owners clean it up. And its typical of UK council to do this asan answer. Its not like the dogs will get a complex about it either. On the plus side, it makes it easier not to stand in it.

I remember when dog poo sometimes was white, and you could see it clearer to avoid it.
