if you're a 10th-level rogue
you're charisma score should be a whole lot higher than you're strength score, you've got it the other way around, which looks weird as fuck for a ranger/rogue
you shouldn't have you're strength-score that much freaking higher than your charisma score unless you're a fighter or a barbarian or a paladin
