the fire was an abandoned house
the fire was set by firemen to train new firemen how to put out fires
by the time the camera took the picture the little girl understood what was going on and she's just entertained looking at the show and then turns to look at her dad with the camera walk up behind her
the photo was already on instagram (maybe photobucket) before anyone really noticed that the pic looks like a homicidal pyromaniac killing people with fire
