Its awesome. I often have knäckebröd (hard crispy bread of some sort) with cooked and sliced egg with kaviar on top. Bear in mind this isnt the expensive sort of kaviar that people get served in fancy resturants but its great on bread for breakfast

All non-swedes can probably get some swedish tube kaviar at IKEA
