the sniper coulde be anyone. everyone is out looking for some charles manson character. i would be suspicious of the total opposite. this person could be some soccer mom, that would be totally unexpected. though maybe unlikely it would just make it easier to get away as easily as they do. is there any method to the madness of the shooter? that is what makes it so frightening, not knowing.

That would make complete sense actually. Just the other day, as we were riding through the outskirts of Richmond and some soccer mom in a minivan (she even had a soccer mom-type soccer sticker on the back for validation) cut us off in traffic and then as the road became two lanes, she stayed right alongside us for quite some time, with her husband shooting us nasty glances from time to time.
