The Rainbow thread

Fuck, you'd get 20 years minimum if they caught you... Thats his favorite word!

Where you sitting tonight? Or you on the floor? I wanna hear you screaming MASTER... MASTER!!!

Who is the singer on that version of Gates of Babylon 5? I couldnt really listen to it cause I'm at work, but I will when everyone ele goes home.

I dont drink, but tonight I command every person who does to have a drink every time James says the word baby. Two drinks if he is introducing a song i.e. Creeping Death baby!

Im on the floor :) Im really sore at the moment though  So ill scream it a couple of times and if they dont play it, ill just climb onstage and kick their ass.

Rob looks like a fucking serial killer... But I have a plan, kick Kirks fairy arse, take his guitar and I start playing Master Of Puppets, I think the band will take my cue (they are professionals after all...) and then ill throw the guitar to Kirk once it gets to the verse because I cant play that, then I wave to the crowd, throw a few picks to the fans and go talk to our manager about getting me my rightful cut of the profits.

What an amusing thread.

On my Vivian Campbell guitar video he starts jamming 'Man On The Silver Mountain', and by christ is rips. What a guitarist. I love that video, just watching him noodle around and it sounding awesome is worth the price of admission alone. He has a killer tone too.

 Sprucey typed "Gates of Babylon 5"

What next, Side fences of Buffy? Garage Doors of Stargate?

It's just occurred to me how little of St Anger Metallica are playing in this new set list of theirs. Very similar to what KISS did on the Psycho Circus tour. It's almost as if they realise the new material is crap, so they're making up for it by including as many classics as possible. Hmmm...

THREE songs from that shitpile is way too many. THREE songs from that shitpile when NOT playing Master Of Puppets is a worldwide disgrace.

They have been playing 4 different songs, which isn't heaps but it is a bit. Also they are doing another US tour, which will actually be in support of the album, where as the last tour was just the Summer Sanitarium stadium tour, so I imagine they will play more of it then.

Is there a rule in the Maiden Downunder drinking game stating that we have to take a swig whenever Wrathy starts a thread about how he's finally checked out a legendary band? :)

I don't actually recall James saying "baby" once during the show. And the lack of an introduction for Creeping Death - just going straight into it from Nothing Else Matters - was a thing of beauty.
