A week before he died, Cozy Powell was apparently "in negotiations" with Blackmore and Dio to get Rainbow back together.

Dang . I wonder if that would have been with Tony Carey and Jimmy Bain or Don Airey and Bob Daisley?
Cozy should have joined Sabbath right after Bill Ward left. Trouble was, he and Dio couldn't stand the sight of each other at that point so they had to go with Vinny Appice.
