I didn't see it :( I'll wait for the 300K broadband stream due up later. I'm gonna see if I can save it :)

But I looked at the pictures of the first two night. Looked pretty good.

Any chance of a local, i.e. OZ copy of the 300K version for the next few days... beg grovel....

Will it be copyable or streaming only...?

Yes, please! We don't get a tour, at least give us a smooth webcast!

OK, I watched the pathetically jerky pictures last night, but the sound was ok (which was the main thing I s'pose), and I gotta say WOW! Not that I'm any expert on these things, but it sounded like they went right off. Shit hot sound all round, not just Steve's bass, and a special mention to Nicko.

By the way, did Nicko do what I think Nicko did during Number of the Beast? Can anyone confirm?

I think its about time to add Cats In Boots to that menu  A band with a name like that can be nothing short of brilliant.... and add Succsexx to the menu while you're at it haha!

Did anyone *somehow* manage to make a copy..

BTW when I watched the live broadcast (Friday morning) it was VERY smooth and no way near as jerky as the archive. The live one was just like being there imo.

I tried many things to get a copy. There's all sorts of programs out there that you can use to capture the stream, but none of them (that I found) could handle the digital rights management certificate. Which I guess was kinda the point of having the certificates in the first place.

There's even programs you can get that will record sound only by saving info from the sound card directly, but I couldn't remember the name of it and could find it again.

I even had it playing through my stereo and tried to tape it, put my god durn tape player decided that it was good time to pack up and only record the pops and hisses. Stupid bloody thing. I've only had it for about 15 years and never cleaned the heads.

That said, I also expect it to turn up on the various file sharing apps soon. (The webcast, not my stereo).

Mate, I went to Heartland on Saturday, they had 1 Run to the Hills Cd Single (has a German sticker on it ?), it has prisoner and 3 times Run to the hills and was $15.

I asked the guy and some of the other versions are expected in next few weeks (I want the one with Total Eclipse from '82) !

Are you going to get the NOTB DVD ?
