The Strangers

The Iron Man trailer didn't show up until about a month before either and look how good that was. Spider-Man 3 was hyped for many months ahead of time and look at what a turd that was. It can be hard to judge these days.
 
Norton hasnt had much to do with promoting because as I read in a magazine, the makers or w/e decided to use a quick-shitty-ending and Norton wanted a longer-better ending, so as he is against it he won't promote it. I'd say the new Hulk is worthy of a download, but I don't think ill spend 9 dollars on it. I'd rather see the Hapenning on friday, not the Hulk tbh

And the only comic book movie you should have on your mind is batman, all you need. Iron Man was the only other one even worth mentioning as a quality comic book movie.
 
The Norton/Marvel crap was blown way out of proportion.
And there are TV ads all over the place for this movie. Hell, they are having a "green" American Gladiators episode.

and yeah, the happening looks very meh. Bad idea putting it up against Hulk. SMASH!
 
Especially considering the "phenomenon" that drives the movie.

It almost had me wishing Wahlberg was really dead for the whole movie or some retarded Aliens were behind it.
 
i forgot about Death to Smoochie, that was hilarious! though most of the laughs came from rainbow FUCKING randolph and just the general absurdity of it all, norton was still good in it.

I'm with you Karen. I would prefer to go to the movies, but no one else wants to, so I wind up waiting for the dvd :( It's also ridiculus that I can't seem to make myself go by myself.

Microwave popcorn is so not the same thing either. :erk:

Yep. Apparently plants are pissed off at us and releasing a deadly neurotoxin that causes people to commit suicide. Now, it's a real phenomenon, but Shymalalallandhdhannn has added some autonomy and pathos on the part of the plants.

He should stop making movies.

I think pretty much the only reason anyone would willingly go see the film is because "hey it's happening to have an R rating and lots of people are happening to die" which is perhaps why they are forcing this point out in the previews.
