#1 im willing to bet the DVD will be region 0 encoded, that means it will work on any tv anywhere regardless of PAL or NTSC format

#2 CDs have the same standard worldwide, which is why import CDs will work on your system at home no matter what, unless it just sucks and the system is dead.

#3 therefore, if you really want a DVD/2CD combo, you can get it...
