A new pita joint opened up down the street from work and I gave it a go today. Just chicken and veggies with feta and hot sauce.

6/10.

Tomorrow I think I'll have a turkey sammich.

Usually I eat one of these every day between classes

and then a yogurt and a kiwi.

But what about kiwi yogurt?

I like the yoplait light thick&creamy, if they made a kiwi I'd eat it, but they don't. Lately it's been vanilla or key lime pie flavor.

Shame. I'd like to try kiwi... How is the key lime?

It tastes like key lime pie!

I've never actually had key lime pie... I usually go for cheesecakes.

i fried chicken, garlic, quinoa, apples, and tomatoes. Quinoa was supposed to be steamed but I skipped that, made the meal a bit crunchy but not horrible. Pretty average meal. I think a sauce of some kind would have made it really great.

we stopped at perkins on the way back up here.

i had a buffalo chicken wrap ... crispy buffalo chicken pieces, bleu cheese sauce, pepperjack cheese, (that combination = mmm) lettuce, tomatoes, chopped up carrots and celery... good stuff. i guess i'd rate it a 6.5/10

pumpkin pie and cheesecake are two of the most amazing creations ever ... pumpkin cheesecake just about reaches either of the two in awesomeness ... which is definately saying something.

I ate at a Perkin's once, and got a cheese quesadilla. Ugh, it was so disgusting. It seems the tortilla itself was cheese flavored, and the cheese melted inside tasted like some cheapo cheddar. It really reminded me of eating CHEEZ-ITs. I said to my buddy about how it was so disgustingly cheesy, but I probably said it rather loud (as I tend to do, apparently), and a few minutes later the waitress comes back and says something along the lines of "did you want any more cheese with that?, I can melt some on top." I surely hope she was mocking me and wasn't serious, but I REALLY WASN'T SURE.

rose got the cheese quesadilla ... since it was like the only thing there that didnt have meat in it ... she didnt have any complaints with it, but she also tends to eat spoiled food...

one of my dad's friends actually made it for him. i have seen this concoction nowhere else on the planet, though.
