that sounds like more than you normally eat...Breffast: Protein Zone Naked Juice, honey oat cereal in a bowl of yogurt, and half a Genisoy bar.
Lunch: Turkey sub from SUBWAY, a whole Genisoy bar, a banana, and some beef jerky.
Dinnar: BBQ beef sandwich, peas & carrots.
Just now: Post-workout chocolate protein shake.
I'm still hungry, hmm.
or mashed redskin potatoes with ranch dressing. i got addicted to that stuff when i was living in pittsburgh.
Went to California Pizza Kitchen for lunch today (splurge day) and had the margherita pizza. NOM. To even it out I was just going to have a bowl of cereal for dinner, but my mom made goulash, nommy goulash.
