I just made myself a diesel turkey & roastbeef club...now I'm gonna sit back and enjoy it to the B's/Blues game.
 
Breakfast: Peanut butter quesadilla, banana, and a carrot (for those deep rectal itches).
Lunch: Turkey & ham sandwich and a berry Naked Juice.
Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf dinner and a banana.
Dessert: Chocolate protein shake...which means that I worked out beforehand! For the first time in 4 months...yet it was like I never missed a beat, and my muscles are still 90% of what they were. Goddamn I have good genes!
