Tonight I'm having a Patty Dip. A yummy little treat my friend Pat (hence the name) makes at work that consists of a burger patty cut in half on a grilled french roll with grilled mushrooms, cheddar and swiss cheese, garlic spread, bacon and au juis and barbecue sauce for dipping. Fries on the side.... mmmmmmm 10/10.

I'm going for it right now. Laters!

Friday night I had a roast beef sandwich on a french roll au jus and the dipping factor impressed me greatly!

I've never considered that with a burger. It must be done.
