Tell me, what is Israeli food like? I truly have no idea.
There are two main types of "Israeli" food, one kind is the "middle eastern" influenced food that includes: Swarmas, falafels, hummus, kebob, etc...
The other kind is mediteranean influenced that includes a lot of cheeses, and a lot of vegtables in different dishes and varieties.
Most people eat the mediteranean food more often.
"proper Israeli breakfast" is 2-3 kinds of soft cheeses, thin chopped salad and two eggs. haha.
I would just go to local restaunrants, I bet you they would be excellent.
