The Unstoppable LUNCH Thread!

So, wait, what's an actual cheese-steak then? People think it's swiss and onions and meat. I KNOW it isn't swiss.

There's no real set way to get a steak in Philly. Seeing as how most of the places already have a mound of meat already cooked off to side on the grill with onions in it, onions really aren't a choice. Alot of places boast their Cheez Wiz (which is awesome) and American cheese is usually the other option. Provolone, too. Swiss is a little out there, though.

Avocado Egg Rolls

1 large avocado
2tbsp sundried tomatoes (bottled in oil)
1tbsp minced red onion
1/2 tsp chopped cilantro

Basically just throw everthing together raw. Wrap it and fry it up.

1/4 cup chopped cashews
2/3 cup fresh cilantro
2 cloves quartered garlic
2 scallions chopped
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
4 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp tamarind pulp

Focused more on plants really, it's what the professors are all big into. That detail comes later in anatomy and physiology classes.

Reminds me I finally remembered to take more pictures through a microscope today, need to upload those and maybe post interesting things.

Well at the mall I've been eating Subway for lunch lately. Turkey, cheese, lettuce, & mayo on honey oat bread, with 2 white chocolate macadamia cookies, and a diet soda. YUMS. I've completely lost track of eating healthy since I got this job :loco:
