I mean Jeff Plate is good,it's just that Arrington,Dukes,and Wells were the other parts that REALLY made Metal Church......Metal Church!Along with youth obviously you can really see and feel the hunger in those earlier days I think.

Oh you're totally right. the were the sound. Plate is good, he's in TSO right? but I don't think he's got the best thrash feel

Yes I believe TSO and Savatage.More of a power metal style.

Shit, I love that album so much. The live vibe is, in my opinion, unmatched by any other record I've heard. It could have been longer, though.
