So, it's kind of complicated because I like different guys. There is not much rhyme or reason to my tastes. It can be as tiny as vocal delivery. Or a slight tone or pitch or a combination of all. For instance my all time bands have vocalists that are very different. They are Testament, Flotsam And Jetsam, Megadeth, Anthrax (Joey) Exodus, Paul and Dukes a little more than Zetro but when Zetro is good he's really good. Overkill, but I don't always love Blitz's delivery but his voice on Years of Decay are perfection to me. Until recently Metal Church with Mike Howe. Pantera (Phil).
Absolute number one's being Testament and Flotsam.
Those are my always go to bands since I was a teenager. I also really like Death and Strapping Young Lad and Queensryche. But I didn't like them until Mindcrime. I cherry pick their earlier stuff. And The Haunted, both singers. Wrathchild America. there's more but you get the idea,
And sometimes with a band, I really like the music is just so ferocious that I can really like them and not dig the singer too much.
See? No sense.
But I guess if I had to choose just one you would be right. I would choose Billy.. He can be brutal or kind of surreal sounding or anywhere in between and his voice is never obnoxious or weak to me.
You forgot to mention Tommy Lee and Motley Crue, and your absolute faves Poison!

Going out on a limb here and suggesting there wont be an album if that show goes ahead.
It's a three day festival Disturbed and Staind play day one, Korn and a band called TBA Early 2021
play day three. Other great bands include Steel Panther, Fozzy, Crobot and a shitload of others I don't recognise but may have deliberately ignored previously.Actually there is a 4th day during the following week with Queensryche and Slaughter playing too. I'm sure it's one of those 'must see' festivals Anthrax so often get involved with.

It's like nearly every festival line up Anthrax has played for the last few years. I don't know what sort of dollars they would get for such a gig (obviously enough to make Scott worth $4mill
) but you'd have to suggest it's not the same as bands like Exodus, Testament etc would make when they do shows like their last tour. In this country festival money is shit money, the only good thing about it is that it's money for almost nothing. It's turn up and play money, no organisation and no say in anything about the way things run.

Obviously not bad news but didn't he say he had those 4 songs to accompany the DK's cover a month or so back when the cover was released?
The band might well be apart at the moment, but it does seem to be taking a long time to get four songs done.
