The what's going on in Thrash thread

I think Risk is closer to metal than WNAH, but don't let it be mistaken for metal. I know some say WNAH was almost a return for Megadeth but I really think it was still an alt metal album rather than thrash, whereas I think Risk still had a few elements of metal, just very poorly executed.
I've never gotten Alt metal from it. I do think it's watered down though. If they made the guitars fuller it would help a lot. If they made the guitars fuller and sped it up I think would really pretty great.

Maybe it's more alt rock, but I don't think either album really fit into metal as they are. Fuller guitars, more speed. So if they made them both thrash albums? :)

Freaky that someone who would clearly have good lungs and breathing stamina could have their lungs so fucked.
5 pounds off fluid out of his lungs. Ugh!

Yeah it's a weird bug all round. We can only hope that the internet experts claims about the effects the bug has on lungs is wrong. The only things I've seen/read about lasting effects have been unconfirmed or completely made up, which stands to reason since no one would really know what the last effects are yet.
