It's going great man, thanks for asking. I'm trying to get all the tracks pulled together for the album and I'm cutting vocals soon. Also recruited two new members for going forward so we won't need to rely on studio musicians, so I'm really excited about playing/recording with them.

I seriously hope it is the best, but I don't like the way he talks about it.
He talks about making new sounds, not caring if it has jazz inspired parts, learning how to mix. Those might all be good things but for fucks sake they've been in the industry 40 years why are they only learning that stuff now. It can't be said that Anthrax spent their career concentrating on one type of music and didn't stray. Charlie's words really don't instil confidence that this is going to be a killer record. Good luck to him if it's his best and as long as he loves it to bits then I'm fine with that, but I'll only buy it if it's real Anthrax.

Learning how to mix and make a video that doesn't cost $100K is where he really gets me. How fucking ridiculous is this monkey. I may not be an expert in the field but I've known the basics of mixing since I did and audio engineering course at age 17, then I honed that skill on the fucking road working with bands, it's not rocket science. Added to that I reckon I could piece together 100 video clips that don't come to $100K and they still wouldn't be the worst out there. He speaks like he (or the band) have been living in this upper class bubble where they think the more they spend they better they get.

I really want the new Anthrax to be a killer, or at very least follow Kings, but with Scott and Charlie leading the band I'm almost convinced they are going to make their own Black Album.

I think Charlie is suffering from JNR disease. Someone sticks a microphone in his face and words just fall out whether they make sense or not.

Geezus. The guy wanted to be in the news, he wanted the spotlight to be on him, I guess sometimes we get what we wish for. On the face of it everything looks above board but it's still a bad look for a band that is about to release an album. No idea if the statements in the comments section about Megadeth dropping him and Dave unfollowing him are right (although the second one is kind of funny), but I certainly hope there is nothing here to stick.

Yeah I don't care about the story, and you're right on face value it looks legal, but I do think Jnr's over exposure in the media lately has made this more of a story than it should be.

I also didn't go looking for the 'evidence', it's not my job to prove him innocent or guilty. But you're right without solid proof if Megadeth drop him it will be very questionable. Interestingly enough Megadeth just posted this on facebook, doesn't really sound like support.

We are aware of the recent statements regarding David Ellefson, and are watching developments closely.
As it relates to creativity and business, we are all familiar with one another. However, there are clearly aspects of David’s private life that he has kept to himself.
As this situation unfolds, it is important that all voices be heard clearly and respectfully. We look forward to the truth coming to light.

There's some fuck wit on Facebook claiming that is is set up by Megadeth Co. for publicity before the new album and tours start!!

If it comes out to be false I say, sure hang the guy, but there doesn't appear to be any evidence that it's true so my thoughts at the moment are leave him the fuck alone. As yet I haven't seen any mention of the authorities being involved so it's pure justice by social media at the moment.

They act like they have no clue about real life. And everything is black and white.
What the hell does “groomed” even mean? Who comes up with these terms? Lol.
