THEOCRACY TO PERFORM FULL "AS THE WORLD BLEEDS" ALBUM

THEOCRACY TO PERFORM FULL "AS THE WORLD BLEEDS" ALBUM

Theocracy is happy to announce plans to play the entire As the World
Bleeds album on February 15, 2013 at the "Sanctuary From the Streets"
fundraiser in Nashville, TN.

Vocalist Matt Smith explains: "We kicked around the idea of trying to
make this happen a few months ago, because we always loved the idea. A
lot of people seemed as excited about it as we were, so it just became a
matter of trying to find the right place and time to make it happen. Once
the 'Sanctuary From the Streets' idea was presented to us and started
taking shape, it seemed like the perfect time. We are all honored to be
asked to participate in something for such a great cause, and hopefully
this will help make a night that already promises to be very special even
more special. We will be performing As the World Bleeds front to back in
its entirety, and we have another surprise or two up our sleeves as well
that you will NOT want to miss. Who knows if or when this will ever
happen again, so if there was ever a show worth roadtripping to, this is
it! We can't wait to share the stage with InnerSiege and Oblivion Myth
and enjoy a great night of music for a wonderful cause."

The Bridge Bunch, part of Pastor Bob Beeman's "Sanctuary International -
The Rock 'N Roll Refuge" serves approximately 4,500 meals per month to the
homeless, displaced and hungry under the Jefferson Street Bridge in
Downtown Nashville, TN. In addition, the BB serves as a collection and
distribution point for seven other outreach organizations and also feeds
more than 20 families directly.

In addition to food, our volunteers provide clothing, shoes, haircuts and
emergency cold weather sleeping bags that help save lives!

All of this costs money and requires hands to do the work. It is our hope
that we can raise some funds and awareness to help those who are hurting
everyday on the streets of Nashville, TN.

Me 2, won't be able to come, but to all of you who have the chance: Please go and rock hard!! (and tell us all about it afterwards ;) )

Anybody on East coast (VA,SC,NC) want to road trip?

I am running low on wife patience for going to shows, so I would need somebody else who can split some gas.

It would be a looooong trip from Raleigh, NC to Nashville 8 hrs, but worth it...

Any news on if this could turn into more touring?

We just received this update from the promoters of the February 15th show in Nashville regarding the 18+ policy; "UPDATE 12/23/2012 : AGE POLICY CLARIFICATION - To be clear, the age policy for The Rutledge is 18 and up for this show. However, much like with Rated-R movies, those under age WILL BE PERMITTED with a parent or legal guardian. Once inside the venue, parents/guardians are required to remain with the minors they are responsible for. Again, if you are under the age of 18 and wish to come to the show, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. And we would love to see you all there!!"

Does anybody "in the know" know whether this is the full line-up for the night?

Sometimes I love living in Nashville. This is one of those times.
