Man, I can't believe how hyped Revalver was when it was released and now it seems as if its time is over, considering Nick and LePou kick ass with their amp sims, and AcmeBarGig coming along very well with their stuff which goes way beyond just amp sims!

Yeah, I used to plug the shit out of Revalver, and there are still a couple of cool tones I've heard, but overall so much of the stuff seems so stuffy, overly middy, and metallic, no thanks! Revalver is dead, long live SoloC and 8505! (and 7170 I guess, though I've never futzed with it)

Revalver - so so. There are some OK tones, but I think Gearbox / Podfarm fucking destroys it.
