Yeow! I've been a Nevermore fan for awhile now. Just like a lot of other folks, I think of their records as damned fine (way above average) versions of what metal can be. Still, sometimes they just fail to come up in the "best of all time" type conversations, even if it's a top ten. Know what? They should.......because after a string of brilliant records, and a storied history generally speaking, they are getting ready to release a MONSTER of a record. Having heard it a couple of times now (via streaming link...) I can say that, in my mind.....THIS IS THE YEAR OF NEVERMORE. Probably the album of the year....though I'm always ready to be proven wrong.
