I pre-ordered the new Sabaton and Equilibrium discs from NuclearBlast USA. They usually ship before street date so I have my stuff right around release. This order is still sitting "in process" on their website, so I sent a quick email to see what was up.

Their response was that the Equilibrium disc was late and they would refund my shipping. Not only that, they sent me the Sabaton disc digitally!

That's superior customer service!

For the most part I've noticed that the vast majority of metal labels I've worked with have excellent customer service. However, with Nuclear Blast (as well as others), I wish they'd include digital downloads when you buy the music on vinyl.
