Those of your with the Reamp system

Im curious on some different ways some people have used the little red Reamp box. I've nothing but great reviews on the piece so we ordered one for my studio. Im getting ready to experiment with it this week and I was just looking to get some ideas on how everyone else has put this thing to use in their studios.

Also, if anyone has any experience using this with a Presonus Firepod I'd especially be interested in how you went about sending the signal out to the reamp and back.
