Rarely do I see negative comments about those guys

Skeletonwitch are awesome, one of the better thrash bands from the new wave/modern bands.

Havok are pretty good too, but their first was pretty boring. Another solid release from them and i'd put them up their with some of the other bands.

What I've heard of the new Havok is nothing special either, but it's nice to know that some new thrash bands have graduated to 1988 Bay Area-levels of song-writing abilities.

Baroque, technical barbarity you guys have this yet?

I just found out about them and am very pleased with this album.

Strong thrash foundation, with atmosperic passages, acoustic guitar, melodic solos, and a very minimal core influence (at least i hear hints of it at time)

They remind me of Textures, with a hint of Darkane here and there.

If you are thrash metal purists this album is probably not for you
