Timo Tolkki Mixing & Mastering (isn't this way to cheap?)

Guys, for anyone looking for mastering atm you could do worse than try my mate Rich at FX Mastering in London.
He's the bass player in Centurion's Ghost and has recently remastered The Who, The Stones and Sabbath - look.
Not saying you'll get mate rates or anything, but his star is rising right now and their prices aren't too bad.

Cool, but perhaps not quite the right thread to advertise your friend

btw, to be clear: Timo Tolkki WAS the producer on all the Stratovarius albums he was on, BUT they were all mixed by Mikko Karmila from Episode to all the studio albums after that, so I would rather hire him than Timo Tölkki ;)

He recorded and mixed the last Symfonia record (his new band) i think it sounds awesome

My band is almost ready to hire Timo Tolkki to mix my band new album :) would fit perfect for that...

ps : We could make a group Buy , and buy timo tolkki samples, he is selling 3 strato snare + 3 kicks + 3 toms for 100 euros...

who's in?

i might be risking all and any credibility i might have left here, but what exactly is wrong with that saana - warrior of light?

edit - nvm, i got to the part with actual instruments. yeah, that sounds pretty terrible.

About the Symfonia album, it says this on Wikipedia:
"Other personal
Giovanni Nebbia - Mixing , Editing , Engineer - Mix Engineer on I'll Find My Way Home ( Japanese Bonus Track)
Maor Appelbaum - Mastering Engineer"

Well here is Timo telling some shit about the case:

I think he co-mixed the album. He actually tried to lend my 5150 II for the album demoing over a year ago, but some friends of mine told Timo have had pretty big issues with money, so I didn't want to say goodbye for my head. I just want to say for the guys who are offering their material for Timo to mix, make sure you have a clear unambiguous contract before payment!!!
