Tips when applying for a job (rant follows)

When it was international nurses day a couple of us were not told before hand that if we worked that day it was mufti. So here we are wearing our uniform whilst not a single other nurse wasn't. We have 20 nurses on during morning shift plus that day we had Uni students as well about 9 of them so out of 29 nurses there was 3 in uniform.
